About Me
I've been in fitness for over 20 years, and not because it looked good on paper. Strength training is genuinely what helped me get my mental health back. I think about that every time I'm coaching someone.
I'm NASM certified, group class certified, a Hyrox competitor, and a half marathon runner. I train out of The Strip Barbell here in Las Vegas. I've put in enough work to know what actually gets results. I also know what keeps most people stuck.
I work mainly with women who are done with programs that don't respect their bodies or their time. Women who want to feel genuinely capable — not just smaller. First session ever, five years deep, or coming back after a gap — we start wherever you are.
